• •Photos must reflect the actual item in its current condition
• •No misleading titles, hidden damage, or exaggerated descriptions

• •All items must be shipped using tracked delivery
• •You must retain proof of dispatch until the swap is confirmed complete
• •Failure to provide tracking evidence may result in loss of your escrow deposit
• •Use appropriate packaging — damage caused by poor packing is your responsibility

You must not:

• •Send empty, incorrect, or substitute items
• •Falsely claim non-receipt of an item
• •Manipulate or misrepresent evidence in a dispute
• •Create fake accounts or manipulate ratings

Accounts involved in fraudulent activity will be permanently banned and may forfeit their escrow deposit.

• •No harassment, threats, or abusive language
• •Keep all communication relevant to swaps
• •Do not share personal contact details until a swap is confirmed

You must not list or send:

• •Illegal goods of any kind
• •Weapons, ammunition, or dangerous tools
• •Counterfeit, stolen, or replica goods
• •Hazardous or dangerous materials
• •Drugs, alcohol, tobacco, or prescription medication
• •Adult content or explicit material

• •Do not attempt to bypass platform fees
• •Do not coordinate swaps off-platform to avoid escrow
• •Do not use DropSwap for commercial resale or business activity

DropSwap may at any time:

• •Remove listings that violate these guidelines
• •Suspend or permanently ban accounts
• •Forfeit escrow deposits in cases of fraud or serious breach
